Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Vamika Vibhushan, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.

If, however, you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Return, Refund or Exchange

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is defective.
  • An incorrect product has been delivered.

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Raise a Request

To help us investigate and resolve your concern quickly, please share:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • An unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened

Requests submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may not be eligible for approval.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

As our products are imitation jewellery and personal-use accessories, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preferences regarding design, colour, size, or style
  • Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Minor colour variations that may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or photography

Resolution Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may provide one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Refund of the purchase amount
  • Store credit of equivalent value

The appropriate resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Refund Processing

For approved refund requests:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
