1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sale periods, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most locations across India through our trusted courier partners.

3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹ 799.
  • A shipping charge of ₹ 59 may apply on orders below the free shipping threshold.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD facility is available at selected serviceable pin codes.
  • An additional COD handling charge of ₹ 49 may be applicable.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within:

  • Metro Cities: 2-5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4-7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5-10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link and shipment details will be sent to your registered email address and/or mobile number.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Customers are requested to keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Vamika Vibhushan reserves the right to restrict or disable COD services for certain locations or customers with repeated order refusals.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery:

  • Please refuse acceptance of the package.
  • Take photographs, if possible.

9. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
